PETALING JAYA: While the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) agree with the rights of the so-called red shirt protesters to hold an assembly, it has cautioned against racist and hostile overtures.
It added that if the Sept 16 rally encourages violence, its legal status would be forfeited.
