SIBU: The State Government has initiated a "catch-up" plan to speed up development as the state has been left behind when compared to peninsula Malaysia, said Chief Minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem (pic).
Speaking at the 79th birthday celebration of Sarawak Head of State Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud, Adenan said that Sarawak has been conspicuously left behind for the past 50 years.
