KUALA LUMPUR: Non-Malays are welcomed to join the planned “red-shirts” rally on Sep 16 to counter the recent Bersih 4 demonstrations.
Malay non-governmental organisations coalition chairman Datuk Jamal Md Yunus said the rally is aimed to unite Malays and to protect the Constitution.
