GEORGE TOWN: The case of two women charged with kidnapping a seven-month-old baby from her grandmother two years ago was postponed following the death of one of the accused while in remand.
Counsel Sukhindarpal Singh, who is representing both women, told the Sessions Court that former clerk Zuzita Ahmad, 45, passed away at 10am on Sept 3 at a hospital in the mainland.
