KUALA LUMPUR: There is no provision in the Parliament rules that allow an MP to move a motion of no-confidence against the Prime Minister, says Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia.
He said it was not possible to do so as it was not defined in the Standing Orders.
