KUALA LUMPUR: For over a year, Liang Liang and Xing Xing have been providing Malaysian researchers with the opportunity to carry out studies on the conservation of panda bears.
Malaysian Zoological Society vice-president Rosly@Rahmat Ahmat Lana said among the studies conducted were on the polarity of diet, mating season, behaviour, hormones and sounds produced by the pair at the Giant Panda Conservation Centre (GPCC) in Zoo Negara here.
