PUTRAJAYA: Slavery is a 'well-organised' US$150bil business with 35 million people being trapped in the industry, said Thomson Reuters Foundation chief executive Monique Villa.
"Slavery is a silent crime. Victims don’t come forward. It is a huge business. It is a US$150bil business which is three times the profit of Apple every year.
