Three generations in a family killed in head-on collision

IPOH: Three people, believed to span three generations from a single family, died when the vehicle they were travelling in collided head-on with a cement mixer truck in front of SK Lempor in Kuala Kangsar, some 40km from here.

The three victims in the Perodua Alza were identified as the driver Zurina Zainal Abidin, 35, her father in the front passenger seat Zainal Abidin Yub Mat Rasib, 70, and her son Zafryn Alif Damien Shainatul­hisem, nine, who was seated at the back.
