PUTRAJAYA: Sparks flew at the International Anti-Corruption Conference (IACC) as Sarawak Chief Minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem exchanged words with corruption watchdog Global Witness on graft allegations involving his predecessor Tun Abdul Taib Mahmud.
In a strongly worded exchange between Chief Minister and the investigative group’s director Patrick Alley, Adenan said Taib was innocent until proven guilty, adding that Global Witness’ accusations were without proof.
