PUTRAJAYA: The public should tell off corrupt officials who demand bribes by giving them a Zero Rupee note, says an anti-graft expert.
Vijay Anand, the president of Fifth Pillar, an anti-corruption non-governmental body in India, said the Zero Rupee note was designed in 2001 and was first used at the country’s Customs checkpoints.
