PUTRAJAYA: The independence of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) must be defended, says Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Paul Low.

Speaking off the cuff while delivering his keynote address at the International Anti-Corruption Conference (IACC), Low said Malaysians should even take to the streets like Indonesians did to protect their Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) when it was threatened.
