KOTA TINGGI: The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) has detained two foreign-registered vessels for illegal oil transferring activities in Pengerang waters here.
Tanjung Sedili maritime enforcement chief Captain Amran Daud said the two vessels were spotted by an agency boat patrolling the area at around 1.10am on Monday, some 1.8 nautical miles southeast of Teluk Ramunia.
