SHAH ALAM: A bakery owner was in tears after she was slapped with a RM4,000 fine by a sessions court here for offering a RM400 bribe to a Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) officer.
Peng Ngo Bet, 55, pleaded guilty to offering the bribe to TNB investigation and intelligence division senior manager Muhammad Prem Haikal Abdullah to not cut the electricity supply at her shop.
