GEORGE TOWN: Police received seven reports related to Bersih 4 gatherings held in the state, said Penang police chief Comm Datuk Wira Abdul Rahim Hanafi.
“Four investigations papers have been opened under Section 15(3) of the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012 for failing to comply with any restrictions and conditions on an assembly and two under Section 8(1) of the Printing Presses and Publication Act 1984 for possessing prohibited publication without lawful excuse.
