PUTRAJAYA: In a bid to reduce the number of unlicensed motorcyclists on the road, the Transport Ministry has managed to convince driving schools to reduce the cost of their course fees from September.
Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai (pic) said about 30% of motorcyclists on the road today do not have licenses.
