MCA leaders pay tribute to Tan Cheng Lock

MALACCA: National MCA leaders kicked off their Merdeka spirit by paying tribute and honouring the party’s founding president, the late Tun Sir Tan Cheng Lock, at his ancestral home in the heart of the historic city.

MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai, his deputy Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong, party secretary-general Datuk Seri Ong Ka Chuan and other national and state leaders were at the heritage home. The place is only occasionally open to the public.
