PUTRAJAYA: Common law can help victims of sexual harassment get legal relief if current Malaysian statutory law is inadequate, the Federal Court was told Tuesday.
The Federal Court was hearing an appeal by the former general manager of Tabung Haji's risk management division Mohd Ridzwan Abdul Razak, who claimed there was no law to provide a remedy for civil suits on sexual harassment.
