GEORGE TOWN: The state will not approve any development plans in Kampung Mutiara, Batu Ferringhi, said Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng.
Speaking to reporters at the state DAP headquarters in Rangoon Road here, he said the state government did not support landowner Peter L.S. Loke’s handling of the issue.
