PETALING JAYA: The circumstances surrounding the transfer of Bukit Aman’s Special Branch deputy director Deputy Comm Datuk Abdul Hamid Bador “is very worrying”, says former Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Rahim Noor.
Rahim said there were already concerns when the head of the Special Branch, DCP Datuk Akhil Bulat, was replaced in July – a few weeks before his contract expired.
