KUALA LUMPUR: The people should support the work of local artists as they can help with racial unity as well as economic growth in the tourism and culture sector, says Tan Sri Dr Rais Yatim.

The socio-cultural adviser to the Government said the works of local artists highlighted ideas, emotions and stories that contain elements close to the daily lives of people, which could educate them on many aspects.
