GEORGE TOWN: Police have yet to record a statement from M. Latchumani, who had rammed her car into a wall at an apartment block’s car park and plunged three storeys down.
The 37-year-old is still recuperating at the intensive care unit of the Penang Hospital. It is learnt that although she is still bedridden and unable to talk, she can move her right hand, recognise people and respond to voices.
