KUCHING: Sarawak welcomes foreign scientists to carry out research on the state’s rich biodiversity resources on a shared-benefit basis.
Chief Minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem said the previous policy of closing the door to researchers was “stupid” as the state could benefit from their expertise, but reminded the scientists “not to mess up the place”.
