Appelants led cops to human remains in Sosilawati murder case, Court told

PUTRAJAYA: Several items, including human bone fragments, were found based on information given to the police by three men - two of them appellants in the murder case of cosmetics millionaire Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya, the Court of Appeal heard Monday.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Saiful Edris Zainuddin submitted that the prosecution's case was strengthened when the police made a breakthrough due to a significant lead from second appellant T. Thilaiyalagan and fourth appellant R. Kathavarayan, who led the police to the discovery of items disposed of by them.
