KOTA KINABALU: Police have classified as murder the incident in which an army ranger fired random shots, killing a colleague and injuring another at an outpost in Lahad Datu.
Sabah Deputy Police Commissioner Datuk Awang Sahari Nadzeer said initial investigations showed that the soldier, from Kota Belud, fired shots after he was taunted for committing immoral acts.
