KOTA KINABALU: An army ranger, who shot dead a colleague and injured another at an army outpost in Lahad Datu, is believed to have done it after being teased over an alleged “immoral act.’’
In a statement, Sabah police deputy commissioner Datuk Awang Sahari Nadzeer said the 23-year-old suspect’s colleagues had found out about an "immoral act’’ and had been teasing him.
