GEORGE TOWN: The 41-year-old drug ring mastermind arrested in Kedah during the seizure of 172kg of ganja on Monday, has records for criminal and drug offences between 1989 and 2001.
Penang Narcotics chief Supt Guan Beng Kang said that after the man’s arrest in Kedah, he led police to recover 85 compressed slabs of ganja from the boot of a car in Bayan Lepas here.
