PETALING JAYA: Malaysians should reduce the “negative elements” in the country to buffer the ringgit depreciation, said Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Minister Datuk Hamzah Zainudin.
Acknowledging that the ringgit had affected the country’s economic planning to some extent, he said: “If we can reduce the negative elements, investors will come and our economic reputation and ratings will be better.”
