Malacca DAP's Kerk remains strong for other cancer patients

“They still can call me or message me and I will be there for them,” he said during a visit by party leaders, including DAP life adviser Dr Chen Man Hin and Lim Kit Siang, at his home in Taman Kenanga in Kampung Lapan on Tuesday.

Kerk, 59, suffered a recurrence of the rare form of rectal cancer after 13 years leading a normal life. He was first diagnosed for the cancer in 2002.
