SINGAPORE: Istana Kampong Gelam, once the seat of the Johor sultanate, will be gazetted by the National Heritage Board (NHB) as Singapore’s 70th national monument on Aug 6.
This former royal residence is a reminder of Singapore’s historic links to the Malay world.
