GEORGE TOWN: Balik Pulau police have crippled a gang of men who have been stealing vehicles and then stripping and selling off the parts.
Balik Pulau OCPD Supt Lai Fah Hin said police also identified a workshop used to dismantle and cut up the vehicles in Kampung Kubang Rotan, Alor Setar, Kedah.
