KUALA LUMPUR: Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar (pix) has refuted rumours that leave for police personnel has been frozen.
He denied that police personnel were told to be on standby following rumours that there would be chaos in the capital due to several planned rallies this weekend in support of Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
