KUALA LUMPUR: The five children of cosmetics millionaire Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya have succeeded in their bid to have a National Registration Department director issue a death certificate for their murdered mother.
High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Asmabi Mohamad allowed a judicial review application by them Monday.
