IPOH: Owners of abandoned properties could see their land being confiscated if their places are found to be potential dengue breeding grounds, state Health Committee chairman Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon (pic) said.
Dr Mah explained that under the National Land Code, there was a clause stating that property could be confiscated, but only if owners failed to pay quit rent for three years.
