KUALA LUMPUR: DAP MP Tony Pua will file a judicial review to challenge his travel ban if the Immigration Department fails to furnish reasons for the ban within the week.
The party’s legal bureau chief Gobind Singh Deo said Thursday that the ban was unreasonable, adding that if people could be stopped arbitrarily, it would affect the ability of MPs to carry out their duties, as they may be required to leave the country from time to time.
