Thousands stranded after ticketing system crashes


Thousands of people patiently queuing up for express bus tickets to return home at the integrated terminal in Bandar Tasik Selatan, Kuala Lumpur, after spending Hari Raya in the city. The long queues were the result of a breakdown in the ticketing system from 10am to 4pm yesterday, with people waiting for more than two hours for their tickets.

PETALING JAYA: Thousands of homebound passengers were left stranded at the Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) in Bandar Tasik Selatan when its ticketing system broke down.

Sin Chew Daily reported that there long were queues at the terminal’s 18 ticketing counters for buses.
