PETALING JAYA: Highways are expected to be busy as urbanites who held off their travelling plans are expected to head to their hometowns today (Hari Raya morning).
A Malaysian Highway Authority spokesman said traffic was slow in the morning but it was flowing smoothly in the afternoon.
