PUTRAJAYA: An appeal brought by former MIC president Datuk Seri G. Palanivel (pic) and three others to set aside the directive of the Registrar of Societies (RoS) for the party to hold re-elections has been dismissed.
The other three applicants were vice-presidents Datuk S. Sothinathan, Datuk S. Balakrishnan and former secretary-general A. Prakash Rao.
