PETALING JAYA: The Employment Act 1955 is being reviewed to see how the law can be improved to better tackle sexual harassment at the work place.
“We are currently considering all proposals to improve the Act, including the provisions related to sexual harassment at the work place,” said Peninsular Malaysia Labour Department director-general Datuk Mohd Jeffrey Joakim when interviewed.
