PUTRAJAYA: The signing of the supplemental water agreement between the Federal Government and Selangor is seen as a positive step towards ending an impasse that has dragged on since 2008.
Yesterday’s accord was an additional part to the water restructuring master agreement signed on Sept 12 last year. The signatories of the agreement have 60 days to complete the master agreement.
