Four killed in Kinabatangan fire

KOTA KINABALU: Four members of a family, including two children, perished after they were trapped inside their house in a fire that destroyed two houses in Kinabatangan district.

The charred remains of Lidia Ibiti, 55, her son Sudirman Ladising, 38, and her two grandchildren – four-year-old Mohd Syawal Sudirman and two-year-old Nurpathihanadila Jamal @ Yuyu – were found by firemen inside a room of their wooden house in Lot M in Bukit Garam.
