KUALA LUMPUR: As long as the Langat 2 water distribution system is not built, residents in Ulu Langat will continue to face water woes, according to the National Water Services Commission (SPAN).
Its chairman Datuk Ismail Kassim said it had written to three state authorities seeking approval for its construction but had yet to receive consent.
