GEORGE TOWN: Penang police have completed investigations into a case in which Selangor Mentri Besar Azmin Ali is alleged to have labelled the Inspector General of Police a "barua Umno" (Umno lapdog).
Penang police chief Senior Deputy Comm Datuk Abdul Rahim Hanafi said Saturday that the investigation papers had already been submitted to the deputy public prosecutor for further action.
