PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has begun investigations into former 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) subsidiary SRC International Sdn Bhd over its investments.
It was alleged in a Wall Street Journal report Friday that some money transferred to Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s personal account had come from SRC International, an energy company that was initially controlled by 1MDB but was transferred to the Finance Ministry in 2012.
