On Thursday, Mohd Fadliey admitted to an alternative charge of causing the death of Ahmadi, 29, at the restaurant in Kajang at 9.20pm on Feb 7 last year.
In mitigation, his lawyer, Azizzul Shariman Mat Yusoff, said it was a natural instinct for a husband to be angered over the conduct of a man who continuously "disturbed" his wife. He said the disturbance occurred over four months.
