PETALING JAYA: An orang asli schoolgirl was apparently tied up, kicked and beaten by three teachers, allegedly for stealing money from one of the teachers.
The Year Four pupil of a Kelantan school was believed to have been kicked in the thigh and beaten on June 15 until her face and arms were bruised, said Indigenous People Network of Malaysia (Joas) project coordinator Koong Hui Yein.
