PUTRAJAYA: Five MIC senior members will have their appeal to challenge the Registrar of Societies directive for the party to hold fresh elections heard before the Court of Appeal on July 13.
Court of Appeal president Justice Md Raus Sharif also ordered that all parties file their written submissions by July 7.
