PUTRAJAYA: The Registrar of Societies (RoS) has no authority to interpret MIC's constitution, said party secretary-general Datuk S. Sothinathan (pix).
He pointed out that the letter issued by the RoS on Thursday was in reply to a rival faction, adding that it was merely part of a standard protocol.
