GEORGE TOWN: An engineer charged with murdering his girlfriend on Valentine’s Day had a wound on his abdomen where his intestines could be seen, the High Court here heard.

Nursyazana Nazee Nudeen, 30, a medical officer at Bukit Mertajam Hospital, said Cheong Teik Keon (pic) had three other wounds of 5cm to 6cm on his chest, and minor injuries in his right hand.
