PETALING JAYA: A total of 70 arowana fish worth RM600,000, bought for the Ornamental Fish programme in Bukit Merah, are still not breeding as intended.
The Auditor-General’s Report (second series) states that the fish had not reproduced since they were bought in 2011, although the norm for the natural breeding period is once a year.
