KUALA LUMPUR: It is the right of all Malaysians, not just Muslims, to discuss hudud, said a senior PAS leader at a roundtable discussion on Islam and the Secular State.
The forum, organised by the Islamic Renaissance Front and Penang Institute, and facilitated by University Malaya’s Law Faculty, saw a heated discussion over faith, moderation, liberalism and secularity in a global and local context – particularly the issue of hudud.
